how should i limit my fat and calorie intake to lose weight?
what is the limit on fat and calories intake in order to lose weight??? is 1500 calories the max? what about the max on fat?

There is no “limit”, as everyone is different.
You should never take in less than 1200 calories a day. If you eat less than that, your body will think it’s starving and will put on pounds. To loss weight you must burn 250 calories each day, and take in 250 calories less than you have been. You should aim for 4-5 small meals each day; consisiting of 2 servings (1-2 tablespoons) of good fat, 2 servings of whole grains (1 cup or 1 slice bread), 3 servings lean protien (1 cup, 2 egg whites,cheese) and 4+ servings of fruits and vegetables. You should also try to have more vegetables than you do fruit.
You must have some fat, but if you stick to low-fat/fat-free things you will find that you are adding too many calories. Calories are what matter most. Limit fat as they pertain to calories.
And get active! Lot’s of greens and lots of movement= weightloss! And you’ll find, a few weeks of a healthy diet, you’ll feel better, and will actually crave healthy food! Your body knows what it likes.
