What to do when Alpine Industries located in Bothell, Washington doesn’t fulfill the lifetime door warranty ?
I purchased “lifetime” windows and sliding doors from Alpine in 1999, in 2000 the company was bought and the new company doesn’t recognize the warranty.
Complain to the better business bureau, the state’s attorney general and the consumer affairs department in Washington. You could also put a little heat on them by contacting your local TV station’s troubleshooter. That usually gets their attention.
