Position Handle
Driving with the car seat handle in carrying position…?
Does anyone know if it is against the law to drive with the car seat handle in the carrying position? I have tried searching online for Utah laws, but can’t find anything that says if its okay, or not. And I have been told two different things. I usually put it down…but there are some days I forget to!
Any help would be great! Thanks!
I’ve never heard about it being illegal but there isn’t enough space in the backseat of my car for it to lock into the back position. And now that he can reach it, my son loves pulling it forward and holding on to it. My car seat instructions say to put it back when driving but I’ve given up the fight since it won’t fit and my son just pulls it forward.
