Sand Pad
I have to ask is it okay to leave a heating pad 24/7. Just to let you know its under a inch or two of sand.?
By the way he is a Juvenile Gecko and also a leopard gecko. He has a desert like enclosure. He has a little cave above the heating pad. With a big log across the enclosure. with a ceramic dish. I just feed him some crickets sunday. and that should last him at least a week. and last week i feed him 100 mealworms. But no worries they were small. If anything else you want to add and tell me i need to add please don’t think twice. just tell. oh and a special lighting with a thermoniter. 
The heating pad should be under the tank not just under the sand….Hopefully it is…As long as the lizard has a cool spot as well it should be fine. It should never have to choose between warmth and security so…Give it a cool and a warm spot to hide.
