Walking Tape
A man fell on me on the way to me walking to the ER for a bad back, if they review the tape they will find he ?
fell on me. It ripped my back in half. Do I have a law suit?
It ripped my back in half worse.
A security officer called me a “homosexual, and liar” and I filed a police report against him, and called the hospital’s customer service and filed a complaint. I also plan to show up in person, and file a complaint.
I’ve called tons of malpractice lawyers this weekend, and will except the best deal. I’m sure it’s caught on tape.
I want to sue the hospital. And the security officers for ethnic intimidation. I want to settle out of court.

To answer yoru question:
How do you know they have a tape and that this incident was caught on tape. The only way that the hospital will be respoanbile for your back injury is if they are in some way connected to the man falling on you or if the hospital, an employee of the hosptial or the conditions of the hosptial n some way contributed to the cause of the man falling on you. For the hospital to be responsible they had to cause the injury. Causation is required in every tort. Very simply put, you must have
1 causation
the tortfeaser must have caused or or be the proximate cause for the injusr, another way to look at is is the but for rule. Substitute the words “but for” the hospital the injury to my back would not have occured or worsened, while you do take a plaintiff as you find them so even though already innjured, two or more people can be responsible. From these facts I don’t see it
Security officer–Not a chabce. So he called you a bad name. So what. The act must cause some real damage or injury.

As for excepting the “BEST DEAL” you have a personal injury case, if anyone takes it. There are No Best deals at this point. You sign a contract and if the lawyer recovers for you, he keeps 1/3 or more plus cost.
Defendants only settle out of court when they know that is cost efficient, or that the chances of you prevailing in court are great.
